Sailboard Services - Windsurfing Lessons

Ski Tune-Ups include ...

Shane Pollock, Oakville Sailboard & Ski's ski tuning expert has years and years of experience and uses the same method as the one used to prepare expensive racing and expert skis the world over.  This ensures that no more of the base or edges is ground off than absolutely necessary.  This improves the performance and prolongs the condition and life of your skis far better than a machine, often operated by less experienced staff.

For the best service and lowest price, bring your skis in early, even before the ski season starts and several days before you need them.

Ski Binding Installation and/or Adjustment

Whether you get the skis or bindings somewhere else or from us, we are only too happy to adjust, install or move them, providing we have the proper jigs to do the job.  We don't mind mixing and matching equipment within or from family to family.

Ski Waxes, Accessories etc.

If you'd like to do some of your own work, we can supply you with Kuusport or Toko waxes or tuning accessories.  And you can link to their web sites from here for helpful how-to information and advice.

Sailboard Lessons

Shane Pollock, Oakville Sailboard & Ski's windsurfing expert has many years of experience in the sailboard business and is a certified windsurfing instructor. Lessons for beginners are available for individuals and small groups at very reasonable rates by appointment.

Sailboard Parts & Repairs

The store also specializes in used sailboards and sailboard equipment, as well as new.  All types of new & used sailboards & equipment is are bought and sold on consignment, especially long boards and beginner

boards which are ideal for the cottage.
